Founder, President and CEO
Fima Katz serves as the Founder, President, and CEO of Exadel. He founded the company in 1998 with a vision to fundamentally improve the way companies use innovative technology to digitally transform. Katz sets the strategic direction of Exadel, promotes Exadel’s strong people-first culture, and ensures the company’s sustainable growth driving long-term shareholder value. He especially focuses on supporting a robust sales team and driving innovation strategies.
Katz brings more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to Exadel, he held managerial and technical positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and Concorde Solutions. Katz is a recognized authority and speaker on distributed object architectures, open source, Java, XML, and DOA technologies and has co-authored The Essential Guide to Object Monitors (Wiley, 1999).
President, Exadel Solutions
Lev Shur is the President of Exadel Solutions. He is responsible for the strategy, sales, and delivery of industry solutions, along with managing key alliances and partnerships.
Shur is a seasoned business development executive and software entrepreneur. Prior to joining Exadel, Shur founded 741 Studios and was Vice President of Analytics at LifeStreet. He was also one of the co-founders of Exigen, a provider of transformational software and BPO services for the financial, insurance, and telecommunication industries.
Shur holds an MS in Physics from the University of Latvia.
Julia Schlatter serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Exadel. She is responsible for maintaining Exadel’s financial and operational controls and ensuring the company maintains a balance of customer satisfaction with fiscal responsibility.
Schlatter draws on 15 years of experience in software consulting companies. She had held increasingly responsible financial roles throughout her career. Schlatter was the Controller of Amadeus Consulting, which was acquired by Exadel in 2016. She quickly became a Vice President at Exadel before assuming her current role as CFO.
Schlatter holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.
Vice President, Operations
Elena Krukovskaya is the Vice President of Operations at Exadel. Her role is to match the right employees with the right projects, ensuring that they are happy, challenged, and inspired in their positions. She is also responsible for defining and overseeing all recruiting, hiring, adaptation, motivation, promotion, and termination, as it is implemented by her international team.
Krukovskaya joined Exadel in 2007 as an HR Manager and worked her way up the ranks, expanding and eventually leading her division. Working globally, she focuses on maintaining a coherent company culture of openness, positivity, and professionalism across various countries, regions, and offices.
Krukovskaya is currently finishing her MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management. When she’s not focusing on the Exadel team, she prefers quiet pursuits like vacationing in Italy, cultivating flowers, and making jewelry.
Vice President, Delivery
Mikhail Andrushkevich is Vice President of Delivery. He is responsible for the delivery of Exadel solutions for clients, improving the quality of these solutions, enhancing software development processes, and growing new leaders. He also provides senior leadership and supervision to all delivery management staff.
Andrushkevich joined Exadel in 2006 and since then has been working on various technical and leadership positions. He has more than 18 years of professional experience working on large products as well as in services. Andrushkevich has a proven track record of successful delivery as a leader of multiple international teams.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
Andrei Khimaroda is the Chief Information Officer at Exadel. He is responsible for managing Exadel’s entire IT landscape and for supporting its technologists with world-class platforms and tools used in delivering digital transformation solutions clients.
He joined Exadel in 2006 as CTO of the Minsk branch where he demonstrated both his ability to take on diverse leadership roles and his extensive technical expertise. Prior to joining Exadel, Khimaroda held management positions at PM&S Software and BPS Bank.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from Novosibirsk State University and is a certified Scrum Master.
Vice President, Engineering and Digital Transformation
Jonathan Fries is VP of Engineering and Digital Transformation at Exadel. He works with internal teams in the DevOps, QA Automation, Cloud Architecture, and Agile practice areas that constitute the building blocks of Exadel’s approach to digital transformation. As the lead of the Digital Transformation practice, Fries is focused on the technologies and approaches that allow clients to reshape their business and client relationships.
Fries brings more than 20 years of deep technology and leadership experience. Prior to joining Exadel, Fries was VP of Software Development at Amadeus (acquired by Exadel in 2016) and also held technical roles at Sageti and TimeCentre.
Fries holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
Vice President, Technology Solutions
Donna Burke is the Vice President of Technology Solutions for Exadel. She manages technology solutions for mobile and web application development in the enterprise software market.
Burke brings more than 25 years of global marketing, product management, sales, and general business management experience in software and services. Prior to joining Exadel, she was the vice president and co-founder of LEC Information Systems and held senior management positions at Ericsson, Raynet, and US West Advanced Technologies.
Burke holds a BS in Science from the University of Nevada, Reno and an MS in Internet Marketing from the University of California, San Francisco.
Director, Global Marketing
Kevin Meilinger is the Director of Global Marketing at Exadel. He handles strategic direction and execution for the marketing team, overseeing communications, public relations, and digital marketing efforts.
Meilinger brings with him more than 20 years of experience in product, channel, and vertical marketing in technology, hardware, and software organizations. Prior to joining Exadel, he held VP and director-level marketing positions at ViaWest, BLUEM, and IronWare Technologies and was the Founding Board Member and CMO at Colorado Technology Partners.
Meilinger holds a BA in Technical and Business Communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Director, Strategic Account Development
Nelly Karasik is Director of Strategic Account Development at Exadel. Her current responsibilities include management of sales and relationships with customers and working with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Exadel’s solutions in accordance with customer needs.
She brings with her more than 30 years of technical expertise to enhance business development, service delivery, and operational optimization. Prior to joining Exadel, Nelly held management positions at AT&T, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle.
She holds a BS in Computer Science from City University of New York, Brooklyn College.
