Problem

Verint Workforce Management simplifies the complex task of forecasting and scheduling. This easy-to-use, web-enabled software removes the expense and administrative burden of thick client solutions. With Verint Workforce Management, organizations can reduce costs by staffing appropriately to meet their workload, drive business growth and operational excellence, and improve employee effectiveness and retention.

The solution needed some changes to the underlying technology and UI/UX as some of it was no longer supported by modern browsers and the look and feel was somewhat out-of-date.

Solution

Exadel completely refaced the application changing the app to support multiple browsers, getting rid of underlying obsolete technology in the process. At the same time, Exadel’s team worked with Verint to analyze the application’s UI/UX and implemented a series of improvements.

Results

The Workforce Management solution now supports all major modern browsers and features improved usability and performance.
